The full title of this picture is "George Washington Fighting A Bengal Tiger On A Sinking Ship In A Hurricane" and it is symbolizes America as a well dressed bleeding George Washington who stares that communist tiger bastard in the face sword at the ready and everyone knows that Big George is going to give that tiger a ride to Brown Town free of charge.
